@shutergirl The name of the song at the beginning of this video is called Phasors on Stun by F.M. you'll see Nash The Slash without the bandages

@gmansi Or ... the Cars sound like FM. They both emerged around the same time. Although early FM was much better. Black Noise is one of my favourite albums.

The Party Hog

The girl in this video had a stage name (she was an exotic dancer aka stripper) named Holly Woods (not to be confused with the lead singer in the band 'Toronto') She came thru the Alberta strip club scene a few times in the 80's.

I was having lunch at Wendy's and I heard this song over the radio. Never heard it before. Thought it was a new song. I guess it must be in my subconscious from the 80's. I loved it. But I listened to the band's other songs and didn't like any of them.

WOW! Hard to believe this is the same prog rock FM from "Phasors on Stun" (relative) fame!!! I've never heard any of their music past City of Fear! This is so sad! But nearly every band has to reach out to try and achieve some success as the times change! Stunning!!!

Saw them in '85 at The TSC, Memorial Campus in St. John's Newfoundland. Nash the Slash was awesome with his electronic violin.
