Yeah, it was cool if JD wanted to do techno based stuff in his solo stuff, but bringing that shit to Korn just killed any chances of Korn returing back to the raw and deep Korn that we used to know. He should have kept his experimental shit to himself. Oh well.....always have the old stuff to fall back on after bad days I guess.

its really jonathan who chooses what to do, but he just wants to techno. he doesn't care for metal, the only person who really can save korn is david, i didn't see it that way until a few days ago after reading his posts. he was the true rock and roll guy, he believed in sex drugs and rock and roll. he sees the flaw in whats been going on for the past two years so path of totality and he wants to be back but can't due to this shit, and goin off topic untitled soooo fucking annoying and bad

Exactly! Im all for evolving your sound, but they need to hold onto the fundamentals that made them popular in the first place (slap bass, riffs that are identifiable/ original being the two main missing things).

honestly i can't agree with u more. path of totality made no sense to have ray, fieldy, or munky there...that whole album could have sounded exactly the same without the 3 of them. i am not enjoying the paradigm shift because after hearing love and meth i just don't have any expectations for the rest of the songs because ik it won't be any good. if you can't have a similar sound to the sound u had before with the ex guitarist being a metal head than whats the point?

I actually think JD is the only part of the band that still sounds awesome. His lyrics and vocals are still raw and emotional, but the fieldy hardly ever slaps his bass anymore, the guitar riffs aren't heavy and downtuned anymore and the drums are good but are overshadowed by electronica type computer based beats. Thats my opinion anyway...

i just can't deal with this crap anymore because jonathan hasn't the way he use to. he is not a metal head he listens to techno and other stuff. with or without drugs and alcohol he is really starting to lose it

I heard a few songs from it....I think they may be heading in the right direction, but they still have too much of that electronica/power rock sound. Maybe the next album will be on point....hopefully.
