No, he also sang on some albums and did a lot of production. I consider him to be the other half of what Ministry was before he left the band. After he left, Ministry albums started to all sound the same unlike their old albums which seemed to have their own character with the exception of House of Mole.

He also wrote most of at least two late Ministry albums and produced a lot of music. He's worked with or been in a lot of groups, including Pigface, Revolting Cocks, The Black-Outs, Lead Into Gold, Pink Anvil, and Static-X. His bass work is pretty outstanding (and tonally important) to The Mind is a Terrible Thing to Taste.
