Erik AK still has an incredible voice. I dig this entire album. These guys were starting just as Metallica was breaking out. The only similarity is the song structure and quality mastering. The BIGGEST difference is that these guys keep putting out great albums that are metal. Unlike some other bands. I would really categorize (if I had to) Flotsam and Jetsam in the same boat as Testament. Both GREAT bands that just never got a real break. But have stuck to their guns and put out some great albums for true metal fans.

You can tell when someone that posts a comment is a kid and/or has rather limited music listening experience when they make comparisons with a popular band that they are familiar with like Metallica, Pantera, Nirvana, Ozzy, insert household popular band name here. And they seem to have no clue about the bands history and back catalog yet they seem to know all lol. Kids.

Dont base your opinion of the band by this song. Doomsday and No Place for Disgrace are two of the best metal albums ever. Everything else is ok, albums have their moments but the aforementioned two are utter masterpieces.....
