It's easy when listening to the audio/video of this song to get frustrated with the cheering, but it's something completely different if you're actually there to experience it live. The artist and audience thrive on the cheering, it sets the mood, establishes an energy and lets the artist feel the love. As we can see here, Florence is just glowing and seems to be having a great time. I doubt anyone is thinking "We should shut up so people on you tube can enjoy this" lol
