I know that the title of this song is, "The Son Never Shines (On Closed Doors)", but I think this song, at least in the chorus and end, has a lot more meaning as "The Sun" instead of, "The Son", under that title this becomes a song about conquering your fears instead of hiding from them.9 years ago
