'Flip' was a renound musician, a well-known accomplished guitarist with a deep passion for music. He wrote many songs, and was a rhythm master, producing a variety of new age musical genres.He breathed music. He loved music. Flip was music. Having never taken formal lessons, he was gifted with great musical abilities as a young boy. He had the opportunity to play with many fine artists around the World in the 1980's and 1990's. He was a guitarist with the famed Bootsy Collins & the Rubber Band, and played also with George Clinton and the Funkadelics, Sly Fox, Black Rose Express, 400 Years of Watt, Reggie & Vincent Calloway, the late Roger Troutman and Greg Jackson. He played back-up to famous artist Patti Labelle, Stephanie Mills and Babyface, and others around the World.
