I love this. Saw them with Public Image Ltd, at UC Irvine way back when I was a youngster. Johnny Lydon stopped show cuz someone threw a bottle at him.

I am 39 years old, in the 80's and 90's I was addicted to these guys!!!! Man this album has some awesome songs on it. It is too bad they could have not stayed togethor and put some other good albums out. I hate to say this but Nick looks like he is falling apart at the seems on some of his new videos on you tube. Loved these guys!!

About 5 years ago, I noticed that I pull this album out at least once a month, something you can't say about most records even a year after their release. It's a bit overproduced, but song for song, Plastic Fantastic is a lost treasure, packed with great hooks and deceptively smart lyrics--easily their best album by far. It's a shame Capitol has never been able to market a record that doesn't have "Beatles" or "Beach Boys" on the cover; any other label would have made this a rock radio mainstay.
