What's your point? He's not just 'a frickin drummer', he's a talented multi-instrumentalist, singer and songwriter. I don't see why there'd be reason to believe he's not the above things just because he's the drummer..

its clear that Freddie didn´t want to use the falsetos during the concerts and also it´s clear that Freddie was able to do it without difficulted. The reason that i found is that Freddie want that Roger would have more participation with the hight notes. hey Guys forget the falsetos. Freddie hit the hightest notes with his full voice and this is more awesome
