As i know this was recorded in winter 1971, just after Roy Loney's departure! Released on Skydog in october 1974 as ''Grease'' 7''EP...According to ''Bucketfull Of Groovies''. Great post anyway !! Cheers!

I asked Roy Loney about this and he told me Mangel was a friend of the band and they recorded Grease in his basement studio.
