When my Dad passed away my partner wasn't really able to help me through the grieving process. I was young then & needed help. Recently my Mum passed away and I was also in a relationship where my partner couldn't grasp the depth of my loss. I tried to help him understand & even provided him a link to a site that would help him understand what grieving meant in terms of love and support. This song says it all...

I found this as I was looking for songs about grief/grieving. Just under three years ago, my son passed away while I was deployed for the Air Force. He should've been turning 21 this month.
