I feel kind of meh about the Leviathan fight as a whole. It just feels like the first half is an annoyance that you have to slog through to get to the "real" fight. The drum part of the theme is great to build up tension in the opening cutscene, but then it just keeps going... for minutes into the actual fight. After a bit it starts to wear on me, and takes away any tension I had. After having gone on unchanging for so long with hardly anyone taking damage and the giant sea monster already being at half health, you can't help but wonder "WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR". It's not until the phase change when the guitar starts and the walls fall away that you can get excited and say "FINALLY the real fight begins". It just feels awkwardly paced, to me.

So i was listening to this on my phone with it sitting in the passengers seat, it slid around but didnt fall off, i wonder how my phone would fare against leviathan

I don't why, but the second part of the theme feels like something out of the Persona 3 or Persona 4 soundtrack. Don't know why.

In all honesty, it really is as everyone usuall says, this was really not a good follow up to Titan, and I personally find the drums part much more intense and build of tension for the fight. They could have just sticked to the drums and make a more complex beat as the battle nears the end, for all I care. lol.
