Ok . so Stephen gathered his courage as he was a big fan. he went to Dressing Room one and knocked. "Come in!" said the imperious voice of Miss Peggy Lee. He went in and she laid a finger to her lips. "Put them over there please! and come and sit by me. she raised a finger and indicated where he was to put the flowers. he placed them carefully and she placed a chair right by her and raised a finger and pointed to the seat with false nails, that Stephen described as being like a stiletto blade, he gingerly approached and they were a few feet away. "Closer!" she purred. he moved close and sat uncomfortably. She gazed at them both in the dressing room mirror a glistening smile on her face .. she raised the talon again .. -and spoke: " Some people think that they can take advantage of me ..." and she placed the talon under his chin the nail in his throat .. " but WATCH OUT!" He shivered and she cackled. he described her as magnificent but terrifying!
