Classic BoDeans performance when they were in their prime! It is cool watching Letterman's band get into it as if the music was channling through them. I remember watching the BoDeans in 1985 when I was 18yrs old at a bar called "The Landing" in Milwaukee. The energy was incredible and you knew they were going to hit it big. Their new album "Mr. Sad Clown" is going to go down as a classic record....."City Lights" and "Stay" are my favorites.

Wow incredible sound for a TV performance that long ago... One thing about Dave Letterman, he always had good taste with the musicians he has featured... it IS weird seeing Sammy without a guitar!! Still very cool, good to see him bust out and just straight up sing. LOVE the Bodeans. They are the greatest band...to me anyway. Solid class, the entire package.
