The blast beat at the end - insane. I feel so lucky to have seen them 3 times many years ago with this lineup. Herrera, for me was always the key to their sound and seeing them with their new drummer Mike Heller it couldn't be more self evident. They have a drummer now who merely PLAYS the songs rather than pushing the band over the edge with intensity. Those old shows they played were some of the best concerts I'll ever attend. Long story short: FF breaks up due to a fight with Dino. They reform, with one new member, make two albums (Archetype and Transgression). Then, two years ago, Burton and Dino meet up, become friends again, start a new project, stab FF in the back by stealing the bassist and hire a new drummer and call that new project Fear Factory. Lawsuits followed which Burton seems to have won. New project is officially Fear Factory and Raymond and Christian are forced to do other stuff.13 years ago
