this song actually has to do with gentrification (which basically is middle and upper class white folk coming into lower class, urban neighborhoods. the reason why this is fucked up is because white folk don't deal with the same social and racial stigmas that people of color do, and property salespeople are profiting off of it because it's become a trend for younger well-to-do people to move to urban neighborhoods lately) fat tony himself has confirmed that it's about gentrification haha.
