Sad that I read all these angry posts. Jennifer's music gave so much understanding to me in my own sin when I was in my early 20twenties. Her lyrics brought me to a place of repentance before our God always reminding me that He is my Holy Father, and that I can crawl into His "lap" and say I'm sorry at any time. I can ask for forgiveness and He WILL forgive. I believe she shares with us in the out pouring of the Grace of Jesus Christ. I am still a sinner. But only by the grace of God I go. I will not choose to offer truth with out grace. Instead, I offer both. The truth is that God outlined in scripture what sexual sin is. This includes homosexuality, adultery and fornication as well as sex with animals and children. These things are clearly sinful. However, when the adulteress who was caught in the act (hardly repentant at the time) was cast at His (Jesus') feet, what opportunity did He take? What point did He make? He did not take the opportunity to announce her sins before the crowd. Why? Because that was a given! Everybody already knew that part! BUT! He DID take these short moments to quietly and truthfully challenge those surrounding her with stones to kill her. He said, "Let he without sin cast the first stone" EVERYONE walked away. He said to her "Go, and sin no more" We all need to acknowledge our sin. Grieve it and repent of it. Place it at the foot of the cross and let Jesus say, "It Is Finished." I pray for everyone here to trust in the saving Grace of Jesus Christ by the shedding of His blood on the cross some 2000+ years ago. For me He died. For YOU he died. For US He rose again. I used to listen to Jennifer Knapp all the time back in the day. I googled her today to see what she's up to (I'm out of the Christian community now and not up on news). Glad to see she's making music and that she's living true to herself. Considering the company Jesus kept, I wouldn't doubt he'd welcome her to wine and dine with him - gay or not. She's cool.

people that are bashing jennifer obviosly don't see the real gift she is.She has got me through the hardest times of my life.I am not even a christian and I have listened to her since I was a kid.I do believe god is using her for the good of this earth.She is REAL music.Stuff we don't even hear nowadays.I feel like alot of christians love to look for the bad in people and make them feel conflicted in the worst ways but I honestly think it is to make them feel like they are better.

And one more thing...i read somewhere on one of these websites of yours someone saying that in the bible it says that gay people will go to hell?? Ya, that's not there. What is there is participating in homosexual acts is an abomination. Do any of you know what abomination meant back at that time in that culture???
