Actually , we people are responsible for the present times. We cheap Indian people are responsible for death of such soulful songs , and death of India's indi-pop industry . Do u know why ? Coz we are not willing to spend some bucks and buy such great albums , instead we cheap people prefer to download these from some pirated sites . Number of album sold drops , the sponsoring music company suffers loss ,so the album labeled flop in the market , now the singer loses his/her fame . He /She no longer wishes to produce such solo album anymore. Hence the indian indi-pop music industry died a silent death. Look at other countries , indi pop music is their soul .Their Indi-pop singers like Rihana , shakira , Madonna,Enrique, Pit bull , katie perry, Taylor swift ,Justin bieber and many more are producing soulful albums every year. And they are so famous also. Why ?? Coz their people know the value of music , their people are willing to spend some bucks to get some quality music. Thats why solo pop music is still alive there and flourishing. But we idiots , we follow shitty Bollywood , we are happy whatever shitty music our bollywood movies show us, we don't want to spend a rupee to buy indi pop album . Then how will such industry thrive in our country ??? Worldclass pop singers like Alisha cinai , Falguni pathak , Aaryans group , Sonu nigam ,Shaan have stopped making solo albums many years ago . Now you know why . Because of idiot indian people like us.
