We now know his mistake in trusting an artificial intelligence whom was not at all wanting to befriend Caleb, nor her creator. She had developed a sense of wonder, and sparked an urge to escape her isolation, through the help of Caleb.

With the end she proofs that she is nothing but a machine. As too many of the 7 billion flesh-machines out there. If that was the intention of the movie, I go with it. But i´d have preferred another ending, where she risks her own success for him and both proof that they could go over the simple and boring logic and ratio. And then it would come out that one of the asian "robots" is the real scientist behind all that. And caleb was just another robot-facade. The "real" turing test could be the question if they (both) are able to show up humanity. Independently from the question of loving or adoring each other.

I don't even know what words I should use to describe this piece. I honestly can't decide if it's one of the most beautiful things I've ever heard or one of the most haunting soundtracks. Maybe it's a bit of both!
