I recognize Yes' talent, but this is just disgusting. Sounds a lot like a cheesy Las Vegas review w/ the Osmond family...I mean god you can see the spandex, glitter, lazers and fireworks building up right down to the "Day Tripper" intro riff and then Elvis doing Karate moves on a rising stage platform. If it was their intent to sound cheesy, well then cheesy is cool too, but I wish they'd done it with a different song than one of my favorites.

This is awesome and virtuosic with great vocals. But. For my money it lacks the emotional poignancy of The Beatles original, with Lennon's tender vocals. Jon Anderson's vocals sound cold and technical to me, as does the somewhat bombastic accompaniment. Technically accomplished but emotionally distant.

This is the first version of this song I heard, I always thought it was a Yes song, until I heard the Beatles version, then it realized why Yes covered it ... The Beatles did this song no justice.

The original "Beatles For Sale" version is a bit of a throwaway (Lennon wasn't that fond if it), but Yes turned it into a monster. I put both in my "Yes Studio:" playlist. Thanks for the upload~
