Just like a lot of you this song was big for me when I was younger. I didn't really understand it until a few weeks ago it came on my pandora and it all made since. My parents went through a tough divorce and my mom left. My dad battled w addiction but never gave up on his 3 kids. He would play this song and we would sing it together. I had completely forgot about it but when it came on I called my dad and told him about it. It's one of those songs a lot of people relate to and you see the bands emotion in the end of the song. Father of Mine by Everclear is a great one too!
