I don't listen to evanescence for a long time, but.. they did a very good jog covering this. the execution of the riff, the way amy lee sings it... really good. No way comparing it to the cover. Billy Corgan's voice is diferent. The speed they play the song is diferent. All I can say is: they nailed it. Haters can say it's crap. They should leave their's underground's sindrome behind and think free from any pre judment...

I personally hate this band, but ill give them props for covering The Smashing Pumpkins. Definitely not as good as the original, but nice to know the SP is still respected.
