Amy is an amazing soprano, for altos like us to enjoy her songs, I just drop it down an octave when it gets to the word "suddenly." There is an instrumental before so there is plenty of time to visualize the note and in my opinion it adds a slightly haunted, final sound to the piece. That's just me though, give it a try!
