OK - Sorry, I answer in french for my english is not so good: la version que vous m'avez indiquée est plus modulée dans l'expression en effet, alors que chez Iordache Basalic, c'est la vigueur de l'interprétation qui impressionne. Cependant, il est dommage que dans beaucoup de versions, l'interprète n'exécute pas le saut d'octave final (la-la) mais la-ré...j'ai la partition.

Beh, il cantante romeno, che sembrerebbe comunque formatosi in una scuola dell'Est europeo, è bravino perchè mostra di saper pronunciare abbastanza bene il latino (anche se maccheronico). Questo gli dà un punto di merito su tutti quelli che adottano la pronuncia "alla tedesca" (che ignoranti!). Eccede però in veemente furia e assume espressioni al limite del grottesco. Voto 6+.

The version accepted by Orff exists. It's called the score. This movement is marked quarter = 152/ Allegro molto (very lively). These performers are slightly faster, perhaps 160. Anyone who does this slower is either lacking technique or lazy. Or both. Check it with a metronome. Maestro Italo Marchini.
