@armandgallanosa I don't myself like a lot of sampled music, but to be honest I don't see much difference between sampling a riff and closely copying someone else's style. The Beatles 'sampled' Chuck Berry and Dr. John in Come Together, and Fleetwood Mac in Sun King, and the Byrds in If I Needed Someone, and Donovan in Mother Nature's Son, and Dylan in You've Got To Hide Your Love Away, and McCartney 'sampled' Lennon in Let Me Roll It...

@armandgallanosa This has the same bassline and rhythm track as part of Arrow Through Me, but the vocal melody is different, the arrangement is different, and the words are different. McCartney himself would be the first person to admit that the original song is heavily influenced by the work of his mate Stevie Wonder. Others have said it better than me, but all art is built on the work of those that went before. Now, go to bed.
