Performers are: Erik Norlander - keyboards, Mark Matthews - bass, Nick LePar - drums and Freddy DeMarco - guitar. This song originally appeared on the 2004 CD, Erik Norlander - Seas of Orion, released by the Quantum Records label in The Netherlands. A later version also appeared on Erik's "Live in St. Petersburg" CD/DVD package in 2006 and was used for the start and end titles. This third version of the song is the most mature and complete to date with an extended piano intro along with new guitar parts including a great solo by Freddy DeMarco. http://www.thetank.com

Love the A6 Andromeda! Seems to be his favorite synth. I was at a fundraiser for the "Moogseum" and he had put black electrical tape over the nameplate of the A6. I'm thinking he did it in deference to the Moog brand, but he played the hell out of it!

This is a specific genre of music. I don't see a problem with using sounds from the past just as a symphony uses the same sounds over and over. Look at the playing and the composition. It's excellent. Would be nice to see it pushed out more into complex metering like Tarkus. That lands in the hands of the drummer, but I think all that stuff is on the table for these fine musician. Kudos to these guys for keeping it real!

This is an excellent song with stellar musicianship, but Eric's keyboard sounds are so cheesy, especially the trumpet sound. It reminds me way too much of "The Final Countdown."
