I had the privilege to know Eric from 1988 until he passed in 2007. Roomed with him on two trips to Viet Nam. Spent one of his week-long birthdays with him at his home and studio in Westport. Can't say enough about him as a person and his artistic ability speaks for itself. I remember one time in a little village outside of Da Nang. A family invited us in to their house. We didn't speak Vietnamese and they didn't speak English. But Eric always carried some harmonicas, kazoos, and his guitar. As soon as he started playing we all connected. Soon we were all laughing and singing. Eric had a way of bringing people together. I feel very lucky to have known him.

I'd say there can't be too many of us, as I was surprised to find no one else had already posted this. My favorite song however from this album is, "My Love Come Rolling Down" (search on L1e5o3RUTK8 ).
