I remember seeing this on PBS years ago and being completely blown away. I thought I knew my guitarists, but I hadn't heard of Eric before. Eric doesn't simply cover this song, but he takes it to another level and gives it an ethereal, otherworldly quality that even Hendrix didn't quite achieve in the original version.12 years ago
