I like the 1970 Burdon with War version best, That was recorded for television at the Beat Club. It left me stunned at how good he and War were.

Thanks for posting this, I love this version of this song, but the only reason I know it exists is because I owned that album back in the day. I've never heard it on the radio, not one time, not even on Sirius Deep Tracks. Happy Birthday to Eric Burdon today May 13th, btw.

Sin derrochar tantos registros vocales y variaciones de tono, Joe Cocker hace una versión clásicamente blusera muy emocionante , en su album Live in L.A., poniéndole más sentimiento y profundidad .

What a classic. My opinion is when you don't fill in all the empty spaces it always adds to the whole and paints a better picture. Put form over complexity when playing the Blues like the Animals you'll never lose. Amazing vocal talents will never hurt either.

Great recording. I just wish Burdon would have released more of this style during this phase in his career.
