WHy debate on their voices? They are awesome vocalists in their own range. Of course, we can all agree that Floor has a lot of versatility and has a lot of possibilities with that powerful voice, but each time I see them performing together, I get that fuzzy feeling that they are simply enjoying themselves, without any consideration about who has this or that, and without any jealousy. They seem very fond of each other, and that's all that matters! :D

Well. Simone is a mezzo-soprano and Floor is a soprano. So Simone can't sing high notes as Floor can. This is one fact. And Simone never had to use clean rock vocals in Epica so she never trained for it. But Floor used her clean rock vocals In After Forever a bit and now she is using it in ReVamp and Nightwish. But it doesn't mean that Simone's voice is not powerful. If she starts to train again she can sing as good as Floor. And in Epica's youtube Q&A video Simone said she should check her vocal range cause she can sing soprano notes.
