@Hangzillaz It's not just 80s music, it's a genre called synth pop and it came from electronic music from the 70s and has always existed outside the 80s. It just happened to blow up in the mainstream in the 80s, then the media forgot about it and moved on to other genres to throw at people.

This is definitely my favorite of Emmon's songs. I only found out about her yesterday and I'm already hooked on her music, probably because of that strong 80s vibe. Music that's kind of like Yelle and Pet Shop Boy's love child. Almost new New Wave.
