This song rocks, but the next will be an equal yet opposite example in beauty. Enjoy... at least try it out for a couple of seconds.

What great Hammond sound. What an intense conclusion. What counterpoint.

I love this song... but God, I hate it when people make the visuals all about the lyrics, and then get them wrong! "That savage woman make you pleased", not "please" .... You can even hear him pronouncing the "d", for Gosh sakes.

This is really the only occasion. On the beginning of knife edge he sings sort of low

Does anyone know any other songs where Greg Lake sings low like he does in parts of this song? Sounds really cool, wish he would've done that more, though obviously I like the rest of his voice too.

I think your mistaken about some the lyrics in the second half of the song--I believe they're actually much dirtier!

referring to the lyrics, I think Greg sings 'Tell her Stories' not 'Sell her Stories' Apologies if I'm wrong. Good prog song. That hammond organ certainly captures that era. What with the Vietnam war and the 3day week in Blighty with the blackouts, not forgetting kaftans ¦¬)
