These are the original lyrics. RCA didn't think it would be a good idea for Elvis to release it so they had in house staff rewrite the lyrics.

Thanks for posting this. Loved it! I read where Elvis, himself, re-wrote the lyrics for the nationally released single that we are all familiar with. What I like about the re-write and later recording is how it totally captures the sexual energy and excitement of youth. It screams hormones. The original lyrics are very different and it's interesting to compare the two.

The lyrics were considered obscene by conservative types in the late 1950's.. So it was changed from "One Night Of Sin" to "One Night With You." I'm sure Elvis had a good laugh over such nonsense.
