Thanks. Beach Parties & Pool Parties are coming up so I'm recording this song next. Plus I have the Elvis Festival in Las Vegas next month. I certainly need to be doing this song in Vegas. It's party time. Wooo! I'm a one-man band singing & playing bass guitar at the same time. From now on I'm using a drum machine. I've already done 10 Elvis songs. I rock, dance & have a lot of fun. @dankwarth This song was written specifically for Elvis in 1957. It was covered by Wanda in 1960. Sorry to correct you.

mostly Elvis covers are better than the originals but in this case Wanda Jackson's version is the best. sorry Elvis!

@paulietrev1 Elvis was revolutionary in many ways, not just music. At the time Elvis came on the scene in the 50's racism was rampant - there was segregation where I lived in Florida. It took courage to sing rhythm and blues in the earthy way he did it - the "Klan" might string you up. MJ, although one of the greatest American performers of all time, never really had to deal with that. Elvis had already paved the way for him. As John Lennon said, "Before Elvis there was nothing..." .

@lingopresley Who told you that? Designer knew Elvis enjoyed the jeans and denim shirts and jackets in a few of his movies; so, he used denim outfits as model for black leather suit worn in 1968 Comeback Special.
