This is one of my favourite versions of Your Song. From Nov. 1 1992 and the way he closes the song repeating "how wonderful.......how wonderful.........how wonderful....life is while you're in the world" is just brilliant.

This version was officially released in 2006 on an album "The Bridge School Collection. Vol.2" (Live) It's the only Elton track and I downloaded if off ITunes $0.99

I was able to add this official audio track to this video so though picture is average the audio is superb!

Wasn't this show not at the Shorline but in a funky stage set up out in a field?

Wish it was the Yamaha rather than the electronic kb. Great show. Pearl jam also.

Go to MRTERRYBRETURNS channel. He has the complete audience recorded footage of this show. I wonder if there's a complete soundboard recording of this show. I guess this proves it

Yes, this is 1992. He had that voice in 1986. His concert at Sheffield on November 26th of 1985 was the last one during which he had his "mixed voice". He damaged his voice after that concert and lost it forever....

This IS from 1992. My uncle and I attended the concert at the Shorleine ampitheatre. On the bill were Shawn Colvin, Pearl Jam, James Taylor, Sammy Hagar, Elton John and of course, Neil Young. It was an amazing show. Thanks for posting this. I wish there were more video.

No way this is 1992. Elton didnt have that deep baritone voice yet.

What other songs did he play at this bridge concert besides Love Song?

He used to do this kind of variation on "your song" during the 1992 tour, as far as I know the ending is different in Barcelona, in Charlotte and I think on 3/15/92 at Grande Ole Opry Nashville TN Dee Murray Benefit, which I would love to hear from.
