Thank you for this. I've never heard this before - and believe me when I tell you I've heard many, many of his rarities.

My guess: Gary Osborne lyrics. This song was never released in the USA, so thanks for the upload!~

@ente75 A good example when the b-side is far better than the a-side...

Elton has had some really amazing b-sides from the 80's. Let's hope that he releases a "Rare Masters, Vol. 2" that consists of all his b-sides and obscurities from this era.

There's free software called DownloadHelper that allows you to copy audio and video files that play on YouTube. Do a Google search and it should be easy to find.

It would be really cool if they would make a compilation C.D. of all of his rare songs and sell it in music stores. You can't find these songs anywhere and songs like this one are pretty good.

KYLEBEDIENT!!!!! MAN, U R A TRUE MIRACLE MAKER - thank you so much) i couldn't find 'HOOP OF FIRE' from 'LEATHER JACKETS'. I've been to EJ shows 2 times, back in 2000 MSG and 2002 MCI center in DC and was frustrated by the list of songs he sang - all known songs, I LOVE JAPANEESE HANDS and he didn't sing it, never does

This song sounds like "Reach Out to Me" because this song evolved from it.

How come I've never heard this song before? Many thanks for sharing it, kylebedient! It's so full of sadness and pain. Sounds a bit like "Reach out to me". Same mood. This kind of song seems to unveil a bit more of Elton's soul, of his inner man, his sensibility and the way his painful memories affect him.
