This was one of those songs I cranked to the hilt, and often sung to the top of my lungs, unconcerned with how I sounded to anyone anywhere around me! OH, YEAH! I just let it rip! Now, I understand this man is "the butt of many jokes" because of his unappealing nature, and marriage to another man, and "Liberace-Like reputation of our day," but let me tell all a little something who are too young, or too uninformed to understand. . . I have this on vinyl but have never played it; the LP came out four years before I was born and I have only ever listened to the CD. It's really interesting to hear the different intro. I knew the album had been remastered but I never knew this track had been remixed entirely.

One of my favorite Elton songs ever. Thanks. Now I have a hard time deciding which version I like better: This or the remastered version. But if I had to choose, it would probably be this one. :)
