I don't know how anyone could hear this and think he's struggling to sing it. It's completely unfair to compare it to the original, which was 35 years prior to the recording of this performance. Elton is still a great singer, just in a different way than he was at the beginning.

i saw elton when he was starting out..sometimes you just have to say thats enough.takes more courage than dragging your talent it to its croaking death..becos he sings live doesnt mean its any good. .ill bet even elton cant stand this version..
