I just love as how he enters the second chorus, they add a slight echo to his voice. Just tiny things like that that make it much more fun and exciting rather than if it was just him. Not complaining, that would still be a tremendous concert, but small special effects definitely have an effect on the mood.

Actually guys, this is just how Russian folks took in events, very quiet and very serious. They watched hockey games in this very same manner, as if they were in a movie theater instead. During the 1972 Summit Series where the Soviet and Canadian national teams played 4 games in each country, the Russians were both shocked and appalled when some five thousand Canadian folks made the trip to Russia and then began cheering, roaring, and drinking/partying in their section of the arena. They simply weren't used to such behavior at live events.

One of the rare things in the world that ignore fucking stupid political boundaries and quarrels. Things that bring joy, culture, and entertainment to everyone. You know, music. Between Vietnam and the Cold war I'm sure those people at the concert were glad they could have a day where they weren't stressing about total annihilation.Thank balls we all made it through that time alive.
