No, the half wit's right, I think he should lose the tie. I don't want to be reminded of the office when I'm watching a band. Nigel is no doubt a great drummer but he doesn't need to be wearing a frekkin' suit and tie!c'mon! give us a break! Get with the program. Is there a boss to impress? Does he need to ask anyone permission to use the washroom? Is there a clock in the back of the stage reminding him that he has an appointment with the bank after the gig? Who was the half-wit who left the comment saying 'the drummer' looked like he should be at a board meeting? Didn't he realize this isn't just any old drummer but Nigel Olssen who was the original touring drummer and played on this track from the Yellow Brick Rd, Album? I'd say that entitles him to wear whatever he likes! Lord knows what this lad would make of poor old Charlie Watts's wardrobe..but I guess he wouldn't know who he is either!11 years ago
