like many people think. Elliott had been sober for 6 months prior to his death and they found no drugs in his system except prescribed an anti-depressant and ritalin. The coroners report stated the knife wounds were consistent with homicide and as alaska said not-typical of suicide. Chiba also happened to of been taking a shower when she ran out of the bathroom, and pulled the knife out of his chest...which really, is a big coincidence.

Speaking as a recovering heroin addict myself, I know about officials' disinterest in "junkies" all too well. Elliott was a very troubled individual and, like many recovering addicts, the initial months of no longer using - i.e the first few months of NOT having drugs deadening his emotions - were always going to be difficult for someone with such suicidal ideation anyway. As such, in the most empathetic way possible, Occam's Razor still dictates his own hand in his death.

I agree with Alskaonthemoon. Ive been in miserable situations like Elliott, and even discussed this "suicide" with a former veteren detective, who said his doesnt sound right. I wouldnt directly say she killed him, thats a heavy charge. But, sadly no one has to pay anyone off, police really dont care that much about people they view as "junkies", or...people in Elliott's position as death is a frequent result of drug addiction. I dont believe in conspiracies, I dont think Kurt Cobain was killed.
