Just purchase the CD and load up to Itunes. I did. I am sure Amazon has it. I prefer buying the Cd instead of an itunes purchase. Then you have a backup, and you can upload it to itunes or whatever in any quality you like. Apple lossless is a good quality, and you would hear the difference on most systems compared to the default itunes quality.

True true. I should peak by Dustygroove more often for tips. I mostly purchase from Amazon, because they have the bigger selection for my kind of music. All first Three albums from Electric Prunes are great. This is the best one. Also check out the David Axelrod LP's 'Songs of Innocence' and 'Songs of Experience'. He wrote Mass in F Minor and Release of an Oath.

DustyGroove is awesome. Has turned me on to so much music just from random searches on there.

I think for me it is impossible to name one album the greatest I've ever heard, because I enjoy so much different Music. I am sure, however, it stays firmly in top Three. I have it on LP, and I will recommend fans to find a good one of this on LP. Amazon or DustyGroove. If not into turntables, I Guess it is easier to find on CD. You WON'T regret buying the full album.

I wish this album was available for purchase in iTunes. I had the original album on reel to reel tape. Bought it back in 1969 when I was in art school. My reel tape deck is long gone with all the tapes. Loved this album!! It was ahead of its time.

i do like this blues influenced rock of the 60s & other Garage Rock type bands that have an RnB infuence, the Black Keys fit into that mould today

My children all hate classic rock. Not having lived through the 1960s, they cannot see how the electric guitar and its bent notes are a scream of protest surging out of the vast black slums of Chicago. Unbelievably my daughters act up badly when I try to get them to listen to the Allman Brothers with Duane Allman.

Absolutely. No other instrument could come close.

The wailing guitars of the 1960s was called "acid rock" but in fact an offshoot of the electric blues of Chicago's slums. A music by and for factory workers.

The guitar solo beginning at 1:25 is awesome and showed how the electric guitar sound of that era could fit in well with chant, modality, and 20th century classical music generally.
