Electric Light Orchestra - Calling America (Live) video free download

ELO performing Live in Montreux 1986, during the promotion tour for their 'Balance of Power' album. The band appeared in Disneyland, on American Bandstand, UK television & in Montreux to promote the album, but only lip-synched to their singles 'Calling America' and 'So Serious'. They were obligated to do this promo tour in support of the album, by record label. The 'Balance of Power'-album was done mainly because ELO had one album left in their contract, which resulted in 'Balance of Power'. The band was reduced to a trio afte bassist Kelly Groucutt left a few years earlier. Only Lynne, Bevan and Tandy remained. The band did however do a small mini tour of the UK and Germany in support of this album.

I've included a Live recording of 'Calling America' from Stuttgart 1986, to the footage of the band appearing in Montreux. It was hard to synch the recording to the footage due to the speed the song was performed in Live, compared to the studio version they mimed to, on television in Montreux.
