This was the last band to play, and probably the most well known of the bands who were there that night. ED GEIN used to play incredibly fast and tight grind/screamo, before they moved back to a hardcore/punk sound on their last album from 2011, "Bad Luck". This official music video is from the album that the band was supporting when I saw them, "Judas Goats & Dieseleaters", and I had no idea that it existed until I searched for a song to post for this. Not the best video, but it showcases what the band used to be about.At this point the show had cooled down the remaining 20 people who stuck it out were treated to this set, which was extremely intimate. It is also interesting to note that the drummer opted out of vocal duties on the "Bad Luck" album, which is another reason why it isn't as hard as their earlier stuff.

ED Gein kills chelsea grin any day. Eg's music takes skill and its more choatic,fast,heavy,with good musicianship. Not to mention that Graham (the guitarist) is influenced by thrashmetal,hardcorepunk,grind,sludge,etc. while chelsea grin just try to be brutal with breakdowns and ripp off riffs from suffocation. Same thing goes for I declare war.
