Funny seeing him so young without a mustache. What a prolific song writer/Performer. He reminds me of a country version of Gordon Lightfoot or Jim Croce. Truly one of the greatest.

A deliciously handsome younger guy who obviously grew just as attractive into later years! His songs, even back then, carried a message...this one is pretty lighthearted but nonetheless has a grain of truth,lol!....but I especially like what little I've already heard of his ballads as he is very new to me. However...I can already tell... lovely voice, lovely songs. K x

Wow! I think I was probably in the sixth grade when this came out. All this time I thought I was an Ed Bruce fan, but wow! what I didn't know about him!! I thought his first hits were in the 80's when my dance partner (now my wife for 27 years) & I used to dance to "My First Taste of Texas & the best Break This ' ol Heart Ever Had". Now I'm just scratchin' my head wondering how I missed him growin' up. Guess I just didn't pay enough attention. Oh well, long live Ed Bruce ! One of the Greats!
