Interesting fact about this piece… The melody that keeps coming back (starting at 6:18, for example) is built from the exact same 13 notes in sequence as the finale of The Firebird Suite from Stravinsky. It can't be a coincidence; they probably used it as a source of inspiration and obviously, we can’t talk about plagiarism since the rhythm and the harmony were changed and the mood they create is very unique; they did a great job with it. Echolyn is a great band. Their music is rich and very entertaining.

They are obviously influenced by Gentle Giant, Yes and Kansas. But this is good!

This band needs more recognition, their so unique. Odd time signatures, beautiful melodys, eerie soundscapes, amazing!
