Actually guys is IS a ‘’Tallahassee’’. Dylan said it himself in the Earth 11/14/2012 Cleveland, Ohio video, he said something like ‘’back from 1996… next one is called Tallahasse’’ precisely at 1:25:30 you can find it on youtube, juste search for 'Earth 11/14/2012 Cleveland, Ohio'. This is exactly this song, so yeah it's defintily Tallahassee.

I think you'll find this is Tallahassee. Having been at the London gig and having this song announced as not having been played for almost 12 years. It is also the new version which is as yet unavailable. Carlson did an album of alternate versions of earlier stuff entitled 'Hibernaculum' which were all played in this style, which is basically a style in all the new albums from 'Hex...' onward. Definatly not 'Railford'.
