I dont think kidman is the right choice.....yes pink.....she has the necessary feistyness ....they need someone who can act with an edge...to honor our girl who never took no for an answer...at least not while she was working....do you think pink would mind lip syncing?? prob they hold auditions instead of choosing

mmmmm... mmmmm...gooooood.... I also have mixed feelings about a movie.....If it turns out badly, ppl may not want to explore her catalog.....her beauty came from inside....and infused her unforgettable songs.....but God she could have easily been a movie star with her stunning good looks.....good luck to anyone who tries to portray her.....and the stylists/makeup ppl.....hopefully the producers will soundtrack it with Dusty's originals.....

Honestly to think of who could play her? Yes, it would be hard to imagine what performer. However, some might turn their noses up but, my thought is the singer, "Pink". Her voice sounds slightly like Dusty's. They are both soulful and both are attractive. To think of it , like Dusty, many call Pink the "white girl of soul". Either way, Dusty is irreplaceable and it would be a hard fit to become the perfect portrayl.
