This obviously wasn't Dusty's finest hour, but to be fair the horrible 80's took its tacky toll on most of the greats from the 60's. Other than Barbra, Tina, and Cher ... very few were able to successfully change with the times without looking like washed-out Vegas acts with bad hair and sparkly pants suits. Poor Dusty.
