I'm a straight guy but can relate to this song which probably is most appealing to a female population. "The black holes that surround you, are heavier by far".Clearly this guy is hurting from lies by his lover. She is such a poor liar that it insults his intelligence so he decides to move on. No doubt he his hurting about his decision, but he is walking away. It's a battle between self respect and love, and he is choosing his own self respect over a corrupt relationship, although he still loves this person greatly.
